I have 7 pets; a rag tag team of four, count em' six cats- Ari, Bagel, Bean, Theo, Bagel, Pastel and Salem and one very spoiled pupper! Her name is Raven (after the Teen Titan)! I love them all dearly and will gladly share photos of them! I love talking about my dumb and lovable babies.

GENERAL TERMSPlease write in a clear and nice manner.Provide neat references. A wall of text is alright as long as it’s not a mess of a ramble.The artist reserves the right to terminate client interaction at any time, should the client break professional conduct. This will result in a partial refund, forfeiting payment for work completed (percentage will be based on artist's discretion), and the client will be blacklisted from future commissions.Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, YCH or Adoptable deviation. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.Revisions will be made for errors made by the artist. After work has begun, any edits requested by the client which fall outside of the agreed-upon parameters will be subject to additional fees. (see Prices and Payment)Extra WIPs may be sent by request of the client. The artist will automatically provide updates for the sketch and line work when those phases are completed.Artist reserves the right to decline any commission without explanation.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, work, or family issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full up front.The currency accepted is USD.Payment may be done through Paypal, Ko-fi or Venmo.Payment is required before any work begins. Commissions quoted for $50 or less must be paid up front, in full. Commissions quoted above $50 require a deposit which covers the base price of the sketch (see Sketch Commission prices), and **remaining payment **must be completed upon completion of the sketch.Elaborate designs may be subject to additional fees.Small alterations and the first large edit to the sketch are free; this includes multiple changes if they are requested at the same time. Any large edits following the first will be charged a fee. Following the sketch phase, any large changes will incur a fee; this excludes errors made by the artist.Prices for traditional media commissions include shipping to clients within the USA. International clients will be required to pay shipping.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
• Publish books with.
• To display it anywhere to my liking.
• Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
• Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
REFUND POLICYClients may only cancel during or prior to the sketch phase of their commission. If work has begun, the client will receive a partial refund and forfeit the base cost of the sketch. (see Sketch Commission prices)I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission the artist ever again.Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
TOS is subject to change without notice. Commissions ordered prior to revisions will not be affected.
By ordering a commission, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. These exist to protect both you, hereafter referred to as "The Client", and Andy Sidabras, hereafter referred to as "The Artist."
